Paver patios are great entertainment areas for anyone to enjoy the outdoors.  These patios may need repairs and will need maintenance to keep them safe for people, as well as preserve their appearance. 

Paver patios typically need to be cleaned and have polymeric sand reapplied every 3 - 5 years.  Polymeric sand is the sand that fills in between all the pavers and locks them together.  After applying the sand, we recommend sealing the paver patio too. 

Concrete patios benefit from cleaning periodically and sealing every few years depending on the type and quality of the sealant as well as weather conditions.
