How are entries submitted?
Entries are calculated upon checkout and double-checked. You'll receive an email from us shortly after checkout (up to 48 hours) with your total amount of entries. Once submitted they can't be changed and your products can't be returned.
How do I know if I won?
We will NOT contact you on social media. You will be contacted via phone and/or email that you provided upon checkout/entry form.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Don't worry, send us an email at info@molinaropropertyservice.com with your situation and we will get it taken care of immediately. Time is of the essence here so please do so ASAP for the quickest delivery. Additional shipping costs could be incurred from a wrong address or unacceptable delivery address determined by the courier.
How long till I get my shipment?
Please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to be processed and get a more accurate time of estimated delivery. Due to the lasting effects of Covid 19 on the supply chain and labor shortage, longer times are possible. We appreciate your patience! What if I ordered the wrong size? Or want to exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it for another size as long as it is unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for shipping it back and any charges associated with shipping. Exchange can be for a product of equal value or greater value and the customer pays the difference. Can be exchanged for a product of lesser value but a store credit will be issued for the difference as entries can't be rescinded.
What about Returns?
Unfortunately, at this time we can not allow refunds for products as these are also entries into the Giveaway and cannot be rescinded after product purchase. If the product you purchased is unused, unworn, and unwashed; you may exchange it for a product of equal value. The only way we accept returns is in exchange for a store credit. Not returns on design plans or packages.
