Premium Cincinnati Excavating company or contractor, whichever you prefer.  Digging in the dirt, which was so much fun as a child, can be a costly service as an adult.  Excavating typically requires expensive machinery, a qualified operator, and a detailed plan to follow. 

 

Our excavation services include, but are not limited to: 

• Foundation or footer 

• Grading 

• Land Clearing

• Drainpipe and water management

• Site prep/development

• General skid steer (bobcat) work

• Retaining Walls

• Ponds

 

Our goal is to minimize the cost and give our customers more affordable prices through efficient planning, strong networking with suppliers, and the right equipment to get the job done as fast as possible.

We typically price our work 2 ways:

     One being a Time and Material format where we give our customers rates and prices according to their job.  For example equipment 1 is $--- per hour

operator 1 is $-- per hour

Laborer 1 is $--- per hour

etc... 

    The second way is an itemized estimate of materials to be used, labor and estimated hours, equipment-flat rate, and is a set price.  Our only condition is that there are no unforeseen structures, objects, items, artifacts, or other unknown materials buried in our project site that would cause an unreasonable amount of time to remove, move, and dispose of. 

 

    For example: if we are set to install a footer and we discover during excavation a buried foundation of an unknown structure.  If it takes a half-day or more of unallotted time, we can't be responsible for eating that cost.  That being said, it is rare to find something that actually slows down our progress enough to alert our customers.  We try to come to our sites prepared for anything we have experienced in the past.
